HOW TO USE:
Use the blue light for 15 mins and then the red/blue light for 10 mins. Total session is 25 minutes. After the blue light is done tap the device twice to turn on the red/blue light. Light starts flashing when needs to be charged. Do this 3-5 days in a row for maximum results then continue to use once a week or once every two weeks to maintain depending on how much coffee, soda, or tea you drink.
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS:
Charge your device overnight. Light flashes when charging and light stays on after fully charged. The light can be used for (1-2) 25 minute treatments before having to charge.
